Tybee Dunes Oceanfront is a beach lover's dream. It is located right on the beach where the Atlantic Ocean meets the shore. It features historic charm, modern amenities, and with a complete renovation to give you luxury surroundings with the classic look and feel of a 1920s craftsman-style beachfront house. Enjoy gorgeous and unobstructed 360 ocean views from all second-story rooms, including the oceanfront porch. Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, bed and bath linens, charcoal grill, and beach toys for all ages, including a billiards table on the ocean porch, are included with your stay. Are you feeding a crowd? The billiards table easily converts into an additional dining table ready to meet your entertaining needs.

After a day full of sun and fun, sit back and enjoy the home theater, which includes a 70-inch smart TV with a subwoofer in the great room and one in the primary bedroom. Tybee Dunes' airy layout comprises five bedrooms and three baths and comfortably sleeps 12. There is a king bed in the primary bedroom, three queen bedrooms, and a bunk room that sleeps 4. The lower level of the home includes two queen bedrooms with separate covered outdoor entrances for added privacy and seclusion. PLEASE NOTE: The staircase between the two levels is also under the covered outdoor area.

The kitchen and breakfast area opens to the living room and ocean porch and features new modern touches like white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. An additional refrigerator is located in the fully appointed laundry room. There are several screened and covered outdoor sitting and play areas for you and your guests to spread out comfortably and enjoy.

A host of outstanding restaurants and local shops is just a short walk from the house. Bike and golf cart rentals are also nearby, along with playgrounds and a disk golf course, and the beach is located right out the back door.

We went down to Tybee Island for a bachelor trip with 8 guys. This house was absolutely incredible. Private walkway to the beach, private backyard, incredible neighbors! The house was stocked with anything and everything you could ever need for the beach, anything from sand shovels, to beach chairs, to ocean kayaks. The house itself was incredible clean and modern, and overall would 100% recommend staying here! Also, very close to convenience stores, gas stations, restaurants, brewery, etc...

It's name describes the home perfectly. We were right up to the Dunes and the ocean is so close. We enjoyed 9 & 1/2 months in the home (over 2 yrs).Watching the ships is why we stayed there. Only one draw back is that the ground floor is open to the weather and impossible to keep clean. We are sure that in the summer months though it is an enjoyable place to be. Thank you for the opportunity to rent it.

Great beach vacation in a wonderful home

We stayed at Tybee Dunes Oceanfront with some of our children and grandchildren for a week in early October. We loved the location and the house. The owners have thought of everything for your convenience, with easily accessible plugs and USB charging ports for all of the electronics that the group brought along. The house had all sorts of beach toys, boards, floats, and a wagon. The games on the lower level were popular with the grandkids. The house had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, etc. The private path to the beach was great and convenient. We have stayed at Tybee in 5 different houses, and this is now our favorite. We are making our reservations for next year.

Great Place!

We had a great stay at Tybee Dunes Oceanfront! Beautiful house, great views, great location! House was updated, clean and very well equipped. Lots of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, etc... and all in great condition. Beach access was fantastic, and very private! Lots of open space. It was an overall great experience!

The house was absolutely beautiful and only steps away from the beach. My friends and I had the most perfect brunch on the porch, with an even more perfect view. We had the girl's weekend of our dreams at the oceanfront property.

Amazing Girls Trip

The cottage is absolutely lovely!!! The views of Sunrise and Sunset are amazing! Girls and I loved our bedrooms, kitchen, screened in porch! The walk to the ocean is easy and short! There are beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys and a wagon to pull it all! The weather was perfect and so was this beach house!

Lovely beach home

Perfect location. Love the logistics of the bedrooms providing a lot of privacy. Several living areas to congregate. Well appointed kitchen, great screened in deck overlooking the ocean. Lots of stuff provided to take to the ocean including chairs, tubes, wagon. One bedroom has 4 bunk beds built into the walls and although they are good sized beds, there really isn’t anywhere to store luggage in that room.

Family Vacation

Our family had the best vacation. Tybee Dunes Cottage was completely updated, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity you could think of for a large family. The location was excellent, right on the beach, no worry’s of crossing a street with our grandchildren. Tybee Cottages rental agency made reservations easy and they were very helpful and friendly. I know my family hopes to come back next year!! Thank you for a wonderful week!!!
