Stayed here for a week. Four adults, one 6 yo, one 2 yo. House was clean and comfortable. Very close to anything you could need: convenience store, grocery, gift shops, and playground all within easy walking distance. Short drive to North Beach, restaurants, etc. if you aren't inclined to walking. Would definitely stay here again for the price!

Pros: Nice size bedrooms / house for a group but no more than 6 adults, Short walk to beach, bars, shopping, etc., Great water pressure, Laundry on-site, Lots of activities to entertain kiddos (N/A to our trip but l noticed!)Streaming services available on TVs in each room (must log in with your own username/password), Nap-inducing couch, full kitchen/coffee bar, some beach items available, sun room/patio with grill for entertaining but be sure to bring or buy charcoal, responsive/quick to repair issues

Some Troubles, But We Had A Blast

A little back story, the first house we reserved months ago when we planned our vacation, canceled. This was our back up choice. But, it was a better option as it turned out. Unfortunately, the week before we arrived, we were hit by a hurricane in the mountains of TN, but we didn't lose our money, so we came anyway. Our cell service was up and down and we never got check in/user guide, so we had to escape room our way in because customer service wasn't available when arrived and didn't answer when I tried to contact them on our detoured route because of the hurricane destruction. We had a lot of fun before returning though. Customer service did answer a day later, and I never did get the guide, so we best-guessed check out from other rental stays. We truly love Savannah and Tybee Island.

The inside of house was great very roomy and spacious. The outside was a disappointment. I was hoping to sit outside in the area they advertised but it was dirty and furniture was dirty. Really the whole front and side and back needs to be cleaned. I asked if chairs and umbrella would be provided and they had some but most of them are broken and worn out.

Had a lot of fun hanging out on the porch playing games. Back River Brewery is walking distance and has good food and a fun crowd. We rented bikes and were easily able to get around the whole island. Booking was easy and Tybee Cottages staff are always super friendly. Thanks again!

Our group had an outstanding time at Tipsy Turtle. We were over the moon with the staff and communication from the team, but even more satisfied with our stay at this lovely tybee home. Tipsy Turtle accommodated our entire group perfectly - we really loved the huge patio. Another bonus was being so close to restaurants..We walked to Salt Island and The Sugar Shack every night! We'll be back every year and look forward to our next stay.

We loved this home. As snowbirds from upstate NY, we visit Tybee every year. First time here and it has comfy beds and kitchen well stocked. Fun place. Would stay again.

Girls Weekend!

My highschool friends and I have been traveling together for 40 years, from all corners of the country. This was the perfect home base for us, very comfortable, well equipped, and a great stay for our winter getaway. The company was very nice when we booked and we will use them again. Very clean.
