This two-level home is designed with entertainment in mind, offering ample space for gatherings. The second guest room, backing up to the pool, features a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Down the hall, the third guest room offers a queen bed, and an ensuite bathroom.

This home is a rare find- beachside of Butler with a pool!Pool is nice size for kids to play and adults to sit.Love the 1/2 bath in garage. Kitchen has all the amenities needed for a vacation. Beds and linens were comfortable. Hope to stay here again!

Amazing House/Location

The location and house was perfect. It was a quick walk to the beach and the tennis courts/playground. Would highly recommend if you have young children. The living room and front patio was very spacious. When we come back to Tybee, we definitely want to book this house again! 10/10

Perfect vacation

We had a wonderful vacation on Tybee Island. The house was perfect for our needs. There was more than enough room for our family and the kids were excited to have their own room. The pool was one of our favorite places besides the beach. We spent most of the day in the pool and at the beach. The covered porch was an added bonus and we utilized that a lot during our stay. My biggest thing in renting places is how clean there are, I have no complaints, it was very clean and up to date.
I loved the bathroom in the garage area, it made it so much easier then tracking in water and sand upstairs to use the bathroom.
I would love to return and stay in this house again.
The location to the beach couldn’t have been better either !

Nice house! Very clean and spacious for our family of 5. Close to the beach and walkable to several restaurants, yet far enough from the more crowded “downtown” area. Had to buy our own beach towels but most things provided.

This home checks all boxes, 5 stars all the way around! Super clean, the location is perfection, and the pool is amazing. The absolute perfect location and setup for a great family weekend. We particularly loved the proximity to the beach, and spent most of our time on the porch. Don't wait any longer, book this home!

Amazing Vacation Home

This house had everything we needed. The house is very open and spacious. Plenty of bathrooms, plus one in the garage making it easy assess for when in the pool. The house is beautifully decorated and the porch has the most patriotic lights. There is a string light display behind the tv in the shape of the flag and then tube lights around the porch of red, white and blue lights. We loved plugging in the lights at night and watching tv on the porch. It was nice being able to watch college football on the porch and still enjoy being outdoors and hearing the waves.

The bedrooms were amazing and very comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Salt, pepper, toaster, all types of utensils and pots and pans if you plan on cooking (we didn't). The house comes with multiple beach chairs and a wagon to haul all the equipment to the beach (so handy).

The pool was actually bigger than I thought it would be from looking at the pictures. We spent quite a bit of time in the pool area as well and was nice to have a shower at the pool to wash off when returning from the beach.

We did have a little trouble trying to figure out the instructions on the key entry for the garage and door but finally figured it out.

Our family so enjoyed our vacation at the Sixth Street Retreat and highly recommend it to all.

Stellar experience

My family group loved the property and its location steps from the beach. We had plenty of room and the number of bathrooms was great. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and all appliances worked! The staff we contacted were very helpful when we had problems getting the garage and house doors to open.

Incredible Place

Previous reviews said that the pictures do not do this property justice ... and that is 100% correct. The house is immaculate, spacious and literally steps to the beach. The pool and deck area are beautiful. There is a massive kitchen island and the master shower is resort level. I would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Tybee Island.

Great experience, house and property beyond exceeded expectations and was larger than expected! Great pool and practically already on the beach!! The only improvement would be more clarification / instructions on getting into the house upon check-in.
