Three bedroom two bath private home. Ten minute walk to the beach. Walking distance to several restaurants. Sleeps 6 with parking for two cars.

There is a queen bed and private bath in the master bedroom. A double and two singles are in the second and third bedrooms. A hall bath is nearby. The living room and fully equipped kitchen are connected. Very open and airy with upgraded appliances and counter top. Washer and dryer are off of the kitchen.

There is a screened in porch which overlooks the back yard. Table and four chairs and on the porch for your convenience.

Beach cart, beach chairs ,beach towels, and a charcoal grill are extra amenities. Very easy ten minute walk to the beach.

"Interior is all new with top-end appliances. Short walk to beach, park, restaurants and shops. Friendly neighbors live here full time. We stayed here for 4 months until we bought a place on Tybee. Tried to put an offer on this home, but owner wasn’t interested in selling. We liked it that much!!"

"We were happy to stay here and will do so again. Since we bring our bikes, everything on the island is a 5 minute bike ride. We like that it's quiet here to enjoy the evenings and sleep well. A 5 minute walk and then we are on the beach. "

"The house was nice, clean, and up-to-date. In a great location to walk to the beach, some restaurants, or take a quick taxi ride to other places. Main downfall was it was lacking some basic "necessities" I typically find in a vacation rental - there was no extra toilet paper or paper towels, hairdryer, mini shampoo or body wash."

"I have stayed in over a dozen Tybee rentals and the sea ranch turned out to be an absolute gem. It was the perfect amount of space for our little friends trip and we enjoyed all the amenities. We didn’t want to eat out this week bc it was Memorial Day week and I knew the restaurants would be super busy with long waits, so we cooked all week. The kitchen is very well equipped. We loved spending time on the screened in porch, and the addition of a porch swing out there would be fab. Finally, my favorite part about this rental was how SUPER CLEAN it was, very appreciated!!!"
