Great view

"62 Captains View is spacious, clean and the view was gorgeous. The boardwalk was close and just a 3-5 minute drive to the lighthouse. The only issues we had was no extra trashbags for the kitchen and no curtains on the sliding doors in the living room and kitchen. There was no way to block out the glaring sun when sitting down to eat dinner and also the neighbors could see in at any time from their windows or balcony. "

"This was our 3rd trip to Tybee and this location is our favorite on the island. My husband and I have two teenage sons. We enjoyed bicycling, bird,turtle, dolphin and ship watching. This part of the beach on the island is not crowded at all. I loved shell collecting,there are tons of shells on the beach here. We had plenty of room to relax in our townhouse and the view is spectacular!!"

"We stayed at 62 captain view over spring break and could not have been more pleased. The condo was brightly decorated with new couch and chairs and the carpet was new. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cooking gadgets. The property was quiet and we walked to the river beach from the back yard daily. The view from the screened in porch was beautiful. It was a wonderful hassle free vacation as Jim answered questions and made the transaction very easy. Thank You Jim we will be back "

"My wife and I loved this house and its location. The view was great and we really enjoyed being so close to the lighthouse, shops on the north end and the North Beach Grill. We enjoyed the walk to the beach several times a day and liked the fact that we could fish anytime of day without worrying too much about being in the way of other vacationers. However, my older in-laws were with us and they found the walk to the beach too far. It is probably at least a quarter of a mile each way, including the walk up the street, the walk over the boardwalk and the distance to a final destination on beach. They still managed to get out there at least once a day, so it wasn't too bad. Just keep in mind for vacationers w/ health or walking problems."
