There are both an inside and outside entrance to the second floor. Upstairs has a smaller living area with a queen sleeper sofa and TV. There is a master bedroom with a queen bed and large private bath. The second upstairs bedroom has a queen size bed and private bath also. The large upstairs porch has great breezes and an ocean view. There is a porch swing, rocking chairs, and a large picnic table for outdoor dining and lots of seating.
