This cottage was renovated by noted preservationist Jane Coslick. All living space is on one floor. The comfortable open living room and kitchen are surrounded by bedrooms on each side. There is a queen and single bed in one bedroom and a queen in the second one. You will enjoy the classic screened in porch and view of the Atlantic from the top deck. Known by many simply as 99 Steps because it is exactly that to the beach.
North Beach
This private stretch of beach running from the mouth of the Savannah River to approximately 1/2 mile south of the Tybee Lighthouse has very few condominiums or high rises.
