There is one bedroom with a queen size bed and a private bath on the ground level. An inside stairway takes you to the first level which features a full kitchen and an open living room and dining room and a half bath. There is an open deck which overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. The dining room table seats 6. There is a TV in the living room. There are three bedrooms and two full baths on the second floor. The master suite has a king sized bed with a private bath. There are good ocean views from this room as well. The second upstairs bedroom has two single beds and the third has a queen bed. The second upstairs bathroom is near the second and third bedroom.

    Located right on the beach, this rental offered just want my friends and I needed for the weekend trip to Tybee Island.

    This place was walking distance to everything!Very convenient(no designated driver needed or $ for parking meters). Beautiful views of beach.We brought 2teens and twin 1 year olds. No baby gates(3 floors).Not all the doors latched shut so we were constantly keeping babies out of rooms/stuff on all floors(lots of babyproofing here). Decor dated but was told discount was given b/c of this.Still too steep in my opinion.This would be good for a group of seniors/adults/older kids.Deck is completely enclosed for young ones though. Master view gorgeous.Watched an awesome lightning storm at night. Very cool. Again location was great and it serves it's purpose. Plenty of room for large families.View of pier&short walk to it on soft clean sand. Swings on beach right by the house to sit and moonwatch.Hope this helps.

    First of all, I must say that Jim Heflin made this process so enjoyable. He was honest in his description of the property and always available for any questions I had. As for the property itself, it was wonderful. It is large and can accomodate many people giving them plenty of space...which helped make this the best vacation our family has ever been on. The house was comfortable making you feel right at home. It was clean and well-equipped...and what a reasonable price. I looked at other properties that were not beach-front and they were much more expensive. The location was perfect for our 4th of July stay giving us the perfect view of the festivities. You have great restarants at the end of the lane and IGA was just a few streets up. You could walk/bike to everything in just a few minutes. We grilled out many evenings and the garage was stocked with chairs and floats for the beach. I'm so glad we found this property and we plan on returning next year!!
